INEC Database Shows We Defeat Buhari by Over 1.6m Votes – PDP, Atiku

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential flag-bearer in the just concluded general elections have filed a petition against INEC, APC and the APC presidential candidate, President Muhammadu Buhari.

According to the News gathered by AsorockOnline correspondent, the petitioners claimed “from the data in the INEC’s server, the actual and correct results from state to state computation showed that polled a total vote of 18,356,732  to defeat his counterpart, Muhammadu Buhari whom they claimed scored a total vote of 16,741,430.”

The petitioners also challenged Buhari’s school certificate, saying he did not meet the minimum qualification and requirement to run presidential office.

By reason of corrupt practices, the election of the 2nd respondent (Buhari) is invalid .

The 2nd respondent (Buhari) was not duly elected by the majority of lawful votes cast at the 2019 general election.
By reason of non-compliance with the provisions of  Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended), the election of the 2nd Respondent (Buhari) is invalid.
The 2nd respondent (Buhari) was at the time of the election not qualified to contest the said election.
The 2nd respondent (Buhari) submitted to the 1st Respondent (INEC) an affidavit containing false information of a fundamental nature in aid of his qualification in other to contest as the APC Presidential candidate in the just concluded election.

The petitioners {PDP and ATIKU} are represented by 21 Senior Advocate of Nigeria [SAN’s] and 18 other lawyers, led by Livy Uzoukwu (SAN).
